3. Cancellation Approval

Cancellation requests are subject to verification.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation request.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy, if applicable.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

• The full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

• They are out for delivery.
• They have been successfully delivered.
• The cancellation request is made after dispatch.

6. Failed Deliveries
